Born in Durban, South Africa, Myrna Gordon-Covelli is a Luxembourg-based entrepreneur, professional photographer, and published author whose career spans three distinct but deeply interconnected disciplines.
Business & Leadership
As Founder and CEO of Myrna Gordon Business Services (MGBS), Myrna brings decades of experience at the intersection of innovation, brand strategy, and human resources. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in dignity — cultivating environments where employees thrive, clients are served with excellence, and organisations are built to endure. She also heads MGBS's Corporate Photography and Social Media Management Division.
Photography
Myrna discovered her passion for photography in 1983 with her brother's Kodak Disk 4000 camera. Her journey truly began in 1989 with her first Canon camera — a brand she has remained loyal to ever since. Through BucketlistPhotography, she specialises in night photography, fine art portraiture, and travel imagery. Her work has been featured in 210 print and digital GuruShots Exhibitions and 89 magazines worldwide.
Author
Myrna's written work spans memoir, fine art travel photobooks, and children's fiction. Her memoirs draw on her childhood in apartheid South Africa. Her travel photobooks fuse photography and storytelling into immersive visual experiences. Her children's series were born from a deep love of the children in her life and a determination to make young readers laugh, wonder, and dream.
Director
Carlo Covelli is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in international business development and strategic leadership across three of the world's most iconic consumer brands.
His career began at Unilever Italy's Van Den Bergh Food Division, where he held marketing responsibility and established the company's first Trade Marketing department in Italy.
He went on to The Coca-Cola Company as Central Region Director, leading a commercial team of 176 people and overseeing a business exceeding €200 million.
At Ferrero International, he developed the company's global commercial policy and managed operations across 60 countries — spanning Israel, the Caucasus, Africa, Central and South Asia, the French Islands, and the Caribbean — with a portfolio valued at over €300 million.
At MGBS, Carlo brings world-class commercial expertise to help organisations across Luxembourg and beyond develop the strategies, structures, and partnerships needed to grow with purpose.
